The Aspen City Council did not make a decision Tuesday night on a controversial housing proposal at the Aspen Meadows campus that neighbors said would exacerbate existing traffic issues and that employees of the Meadows' institutions said would be life-changing.
The city council took an hour and a half of public comment during a meeting on Tuesday that didn't adjourn until about 10:15 p.m. And before that, it received about 300 pages worth of written comments from both supporters and opponents of the plan.
